DKM Property development Pty Ltd was established in 2014 is a 100% Black-owned Company. Our aim is to integrate black empowerment at all level of the organization. We are a civil engineering , building contractors and property developers specializing in commercial, retail, industrial, government and residential construction.
Quotations are provided at no cost. Drafting and submission of plans; submitted plans are approved by local authorities. Independent Engineer, Stamping of plans for council, site inspections and issuing of a certificate.

Project Management
Since inception, DKM Property development has been offering all construction project management services for stages 1 to 6 as per the SACPCMP identification of work and scope of services.
We are skilled in the provision of services over a variety of projects and a wide spectrum of industries including healthcare, education, sports and recreation, banking and automotive, amongst others.
Property Development
DKM Property development services range from research and feasibility studies, capital costs estimates, market analyses, development or re-development of commercial, retail, residential and industrial property.
Our Property Development services are either integrated with our Project Management and Construction services or provided independently in accordance with our clients’ preference.

Our construction services, skills and knowledge
